TRACK WORKOUT
Time: 6:15pm Where: Morristown HS Track @ Atno St. Parking lot.
WE MOVED RUN NITE TO WEDNESDAYS FROM TUESDAYS IN ORDER TO GET ACCESS TO THE TRACK!
Join Chachi for his Fall track workouts. They will run through about end of October. Chachi has a planned workout that can be modified for your needs.
All levels welcome.
Some runners who are rehabbing or just not ready for too much speed work will run the traction line or other local route as well. Many options available.
In the event there is a high school activity on the track/field preventing our access, the group will jog over to a nearby neighborhood and do the track workout on a 1/2 mile residential road loop.
Post workout pizza/beer is the reward!
